Congratulations! Your service sounds like a great idea! I'm always happy to wax on about your talents... You are a wonderful teacher and many of the things you taught the UBC film class have stayed with me in both my teaching and my work in the film industry. (I've found myself quoting you constantly!).

Iris Quinn is awesome!!! She has coached me on many different occasions, and every single time I feel at home and safe. I have earned many callbacks and booked roles thanks to Iris' coaching and tapings. I taped with Iris for the role of Brian Ranfield in the film "To Serve and Protect: A Tragedy At Mayerthorpe" which called for a lot of emotion. Iris was able to get me to the place I needed to be, and her taping got me the callback, and then the role itself. This has happened more than once, and I owe Iris a lot for all the help and time she has given me.

I've said this many times before but... thanks so much for all the great work you've done with me on my trips out to Vancouver. I really feel like I'm only just starting to really implement all the great advice and perspectives I've been given over the years, yours being principal among them. Hopefully we'll be able to continue our work sometime in 2008.
